20 Books of Summer 2022!!

Hello fellow bookworms!

I am super excited to announce that I will be taking part in the 20 Books of Summer Challenge for the fifth year running! For those of you that are new to the challenge it runs from 1st June – 1st September and is hosted by the lovely Cathy746books (please click the link for the rules and sign up info).

This is my favourite challenge of the year because it is so relaxed. Want to change your target? Go for it! Want to change your TBR? Not a problem. It’s having relaxed challenges like this all the more fun for us readers and for the past two years I have managed all 20 books! My plan is to continue my successΒ so I am going for the FULL MONTY! It’s been really hard to choose a TBR as there are so many books that I want to read! Every year I make a list and then I find that I deviate from it so below are my possibilities.

My Possibilities

To give myself a slightly harder challenge I am not going to count my audio books towards my reading goal. At the moment I am easily reading/listening to 12/14 books a month, with 4 of them usually audios so I want to make this a little more challenging and focus on the reading side. I’ll probably regret this decision when it 31st August and I’m four books short but hey lets live on the wild side!

Will you be joining the challenge? Which book should I start with?

  1. I’m doing this one too Lucy! I haven’t started my picks yet, but they have been running in the background of my brain. I will put my post up next week. Good luck to you!πŸ“šπŸ€—πŸ’œ

  2. It is hard picking a TBR. I just try and remind myself I can change my mind! I have enjoyed Will DEan’s Tuva series but not read any of his standalones yet. I will be interested to hear your thoughts.
