Hello bookworms and welcome to Top Ten Tuesday!
Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.
This week’s topic is: Books on My Fall 2021 To-read List
I love Autumn! The weather starts to turn chilly, we can all get cosy and snuggle down with our favourite snacks and of course books. it also helps that one of my favourite reading challenges starts in November, #NetGalleyNovember! This is my opportunity to clear some of my back log and get my ratio back up so my list will include a lot of them (and a few spooky ones)!
1. The Whistling by Rebecca Netley

2. Midnight In Everwood by M. A. Kuzniar

3. Just Haven’t Met You Yet by Sophie Cousens

4. Gilded by Marissa Meyer

5. Always In December by Emily Stone

6. On a Night Like This by Lindsey Kelk

7. Magic Lessons by Alice Hoffman

8. A Discovery of Witches by Deborah Harkness

9. The Girl on the Platform by Ellie Midwood

10. The Lost Girls by Heather Young

Looking at that list there are quite a few witchy/spooky themed ones. Have you read any of the ones on my list?

I hope you enjoy A Discovery of Witches, it is one of my favourite series!

I’m really excited to read Magic Lessons. I hadn’t realised how long Discovery of Witches was 😲

Lots of spooky, atmospheric books here, Lucy. I have a copy of A Discovery of Witches upstairs on my bookcase, but haven’t gotten to it yet, it is a long one for sure.

I hope you enjoy A Discovery of Witches! I’ve been thinking about rereading the books — I watched the 2 seasons of the TV version, and it made me so happy to be reunited with the characters. 🙂 Can’t wait for Gilded!

I’ve not watched the series because I wanted to read the books first. Hope you enjoy Gilded 😊

the cover for The Lost Girls just gripped me. I love creepy houses and bodies of water on covers. Looking forward to your thoughts on that . I usually do Nonfiction November but I may have to do the Netgalley November because my ratio is tanking..lol.
