Hello everyone!
This year I have decided to do a monthly blog about some of my favourite authors, some are old favourites and others are new to the book world. Each month I will be giving a brief outline about them, the books they have written as well as my favourite book and why I like them. I hope you enjoy the authors I have chosen and hopefully my post will inspire some of you to pick up one of their books. Lets get started!

Name: Marianne Cronin
Nationality: British
Genre: Female
Books Written: The One Hundred Years of Lenni and Margot
Why I Like Them:
This year I read Marianne’s debut novel and fell in love with her writing. Not only was it a very easy read but she created imperfect, memorable and loveable characters that I cared for deeply. The power behind Marianne’s writing had me laughing one minute and reaching for the tissues the next, she covered difficult topics in a delicate and appropriate way. By the time I was finished the book I was blown away and could not stop talking about it. I am so excited to see what this author writes next and shall be adding her to my ‘Ones to Watch Out For’ list!
Have you read this brilliant debut? What did you think?

It’s beautiful debut, I loved it so much
