Hello everyone!
This year I have decided to do a monthly blog about some of my favourite authors. Each month I will be giving a brief outline about them, my favourite book and why I like them. I hope you enjoy the authors I have chosen and hopefully my post will inspire some of you to pick up one of their books. Lets get started!

First Book I Read: Backstories
Why I Like Them: I was introduced to Simon’s work at the start of this year via a member of my book club. Last month I listened to his newly released book on audio. I was instantly hooked and loved everything about it. Simon has created a book that is also a mystery to be solved. As you read (or in my case listen) you have to work out who the characters are in each of the stories. I honestly felt like a detective as I listened to each story so much so that I am eagerly awaiting Backstories Two! If you love a book with an original concept and a puzzle to solve then this is definitely for you.
