Ideal Inspirational Blogger Award

I’d like to begin by saying a huge thank you to Laura (The Corner of Laura) for nominating me for this blog award. This year I have been putting a lot of effort into my blog and awards like this make it feel like it has all been worth it.

What is the award all about?

Ideal Inspiration Blogger Award is a non-official Award to the bloggers as a reward of wonderful work on their blogs. It’s just as important because it really reflects the good impact we can have on other people’s lives. It is important for the inspiration towards the success journey of our fellow bloggers and especially newbie’s to become the future Stars.

Laura’s questions:

1. If you could open a portal to any other fictional world (with unlimited journeys to and from), where would you want to go?

I would love to go to Wonderland. It’s such a bizarre world and Alice’s story has always been a favourite of mine. I also have a beautiful edition of the book which makes the world even more appealing.

2. What was the first book you remember reading?

I used to sit and read Matilda over and over again. It was one of my favourite childhood books and re-reading it this year brought back all sort of nostalgic feelings.

3. What was your last 5 star read?

I actually had to check my Goodreads for this one as I’ve been a bit stricter with my 5*’s recently.

4. What is your feel-good song (i.e. the one you put on after a hard day when you need a lift)?

I don’t tend to listen to a lot of music which is very strange seeing as I am a piano teacher. I do love listening to Walk Off The Earth’s covers but I love their song Farther You Go.

5. What would your 2020 Christmas be like if there wasn’t a pandemic?

We normally spend Christmas rushing around seeing all the family on Christmas day and then we head off to a hired cottage for New Year. Whilst we are gutted that we are not going to a cottage this year we are thankful not to be running around on Christmas Day. Instead we’ve planned some walks with family members and we’re all going to pack our hot chocolates and cakes to enjoy after.
